Snackbane is a game. You pick the snack you are craving, fight it for three minutes, and log the outcome. Losing is part of the design: defeats generate in-game loot and data rather than punishment.
Snackbane is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition, including eating disorders. If you are struggling with food, your body, or your mental health, please talk to a qualified professional. Do not rely on this app in place of medical care.
Use Snackbane for personal, non-commercial purposes. Do not attempt to reverse engineer it, disrupt its servers, or use it in a way that breaks the law.

Victory Coins are earned inside Snackbane by reporting your battles. They are not money. They have no cash value, cannot be bought on their own, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are not your property — they are a licence to use a feature of the app, and nothing more.
Rates can change. How many coins an action earns, and how many coins a reward costs, are set by us and may be changed at any time, for any reason, including keeping the reward programme sustainable. Where a change makes a reward more expensive, we will tell you inside the app before it takes effect.
Coins expire. If your balance does not change for 30 days, your coins expire and the balance returns to zero. This happens automatically and is not reversed.
Warnings are a courtesy, not a promise. We intend to send notifications before coins expire. We promise only to attempt to send them. We do not promise that any notification is delivered, shown, or seen — delivery depends on your notification permissions, your device settings, your operating system, your network, and third-party services we do not control, any of which can silently fail. Coins expire on schedule whether or not a warning reached you, and we are not responsible for coins lost because a warning did not arrive. The same applies to every notification Snackbane sends, for any purpose. If you rely on a reminder, set your own.
Rewards depend on availability. Rewards are fulfilled by us using vouchers from third parties. We do not control those third parties, their terms, or whether their vouchers remain available in your country. We may substitute a reward of similar value, or withdraw a reward, at any time. A subscription buys access to Snackbane's features — never a specific reward.
Abuse. We may withhold or reverse coins and rewards, and close accounts, where we believe coins were obtained by automation, by manipulating reports, or by operating more than one account.
If you delete your account, or we close it, any unused coins are lost.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel in your device Settings. Coins granted with a subscription may be reversed if the purchase is refunded.
Snackbane is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We do not guarantee that it works, that it keeps working, that it is free of errors, or that anything you record in it is preserved.
Snackbane is run by one person. It can stop at any time, with no notice and no replacement — because the developer stops maintaining it, because a developer account or service it depends on lapses or is not renewed, because Apple removes it, because of illness or death, or for no stated reason at all. If that happens, the app may simply stop working, and unused coins, unredeemed rewards, streaks and records are lost. We owe you nothing in that event beyond any refund you are entitled to by law or by Apple's own policies, which we do not and cannot override.
Every feature described here — battles, coins, rewards, notifications, statistics — may be changed, limited or removed at any time.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of Snackbane or from it becoming unavailable, including lost coins, lost rewards, lost records, or any indirect or consequential loss.
Where the law does not permit that exclusion, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for Snackbane in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Nothing here removes rights you have that cannot be removed by agreement, including any statutory consumer rights and any refund rights you have through Apple. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
